It's Not Personal presents: Guided Meditation and Self-Love Affirmation Writing with Linzi Silverman.
In this workshop, we will begin with a Love and Kindness Meditation led by Linzi. We'll then do several writing exercises to honor the best love of all -- the love you have for yourself. We'll write love letters to ourselves, develop morning affirmations and finish with a self-love mantra you can take with you in your pocket.

About Linzi: Linzi Silverman is a Brooklyn based visual artist and intuitive energy healer. She is a level II Shamanic Reiki healer and has mentored under talented psychic-medium, Robyn Hessinger. She hosts guided meditation circles monthly at Catland Books and has a personal practice for one-on-one work out of her home. She loves the occult, camping, and riding her bike.
