Wednesday Morning Yoga

At AMS-Theater, Bremen, Germany
On 2nd May 2018 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Description

The goal of this class is to strengthen the core, arms and lower back...to practice letting go of the Ego, breathing through difficult postures and relaxing through the Asanas.

This class is a mix from Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga positions. The class will be taught in English, but German-feedback and vocabulary will also be used.

The class is approximately 60 min long.
Please dress in layers and bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle.

This is a beginner level Yoga class but Asanas can be modified for individuals who want a challenge.

Fee is a sliding scale: 10 classes for 75-150€
