Antonio Lizana | 20.September | Klunkerkranich
Der aus Cádiz stammende Antonio Lizana spielt seitdem er laufen kann Saxofon und schloss 2011 sein Studium an der Musikene im Baskenland ab, wo er das Privileg genoss bei Größen wie Jerry Bergonzi und Dick Oatts zu lernen. Nachdem er bereits in diversen Jazz-Ensembles mitgewirkt hatte, gründete er kurz darauf die Antonio Lizana Group, die am 20.September in voller Besetzung auf dem Klunkerkranich zu gast ist. Mit "Oriente" erschien zuletzt ein Album, auf dem die Band mit fernöstlichen Klängen und Rhythmen experimentiert und diese gekonnt mit Flamenco und Jazz zu verflechten weiß. DJ-Support kommt aus den Plattenkisten von Senor Platipus und Boullabaisse.
