Zum Fetten Finken X Ostergrill
Am Sonntag, dem 16.4. ab 16:00 Uhr,
im Vorgarten Zum Fetten Finken auf dem Klunkerkranich.
Schon sehr lange grillt der Mensch sein Fleisch über dem Feuer.
Am Sonntag wollen wir gemeinsam futtern, drum laden wir zum Osterschmaus: Es wird gegrillt!
Zum ersten Mal schriftlich erwähnt wird ein Drehspieß Mitte des 14. Jahrhunderts in der Biografie eines französischen Kochs unter der Bezeichnung tournebroche. Um 1480 konstruiert Leonardo da Vinci ein solches Gerät. Auf dem Titelblatt des um 1487 erschienenen Kochbuchs Die Küchenmeisterey ist ein so genannter Rauchbrater zu sehen.
Durch das Räuchern wurden Speisen länger haltbar gemacht, und Feuer spendete Wärme und brachte die Menschen zusammen: bei Schmaus’ und Trank!
