Description
In Biodanza drücken wir unsere Gefühle in der Bewegung zur Musik aus – ohne vorgegebene Schrittfolgen, ohne Leistungsanspruch. In einer Atmosphäre des Respekts und der Annahme der eigenen Person und der Mittanzenden wird vieles erlebbar: Lebenskraft und Lebensfreude, Genuss und Sinnlichkeit, herzliche Begegnungen, Stressabbau und Kreativität, die Verbindung mit sich selbst und mit der Gruppe.
