Come pregnant! Come not pregnant! Come if you’ve ever thought about getting pregnant! Or come just to hang. This talking circle is centered around telling your own stories, listening, and supporting as others do the same. We’re changing the conversation and building community to lift each other as capable, dynamic women. Yael Borensztein is a registered nurse, birth doula, lactation consultant, childbirth educator, and human woman who has been working with women and new families for 10 years. She finds joy in guiding her clients toward information about their bodies, encouraging more independent and radical decision-making as they approach pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. She believes that all people deserve to think about their reproductive bodies as a source of strength and ability as they navigate their sexuality and family planning.
