Join us for a focused and calming practice to set the pace for your week with a flow led teacher and practitioner Marisa Hall with a playlist curated by Vanessa Newman (aka DJ Fiveboi). The intent of this class is to elevate the experiences of queer and trans folks of color, creating space for you to access your empowerment through movement and breath. We invite you to take a moment to release in a space curated with your physical and mental safety in mind. All levels and body types welcome.
$10-15 suggested donation - no one will turned away for lack of funds.
New Women Space is a 2,100 Sq. Ft. Community-Led event space. 100% of our programming is led by self-identified women, femme, queer, transgender and gender nonconforming individuals. People of all experiences, ages and genders are welcome to experience these events unless the event host intentionally aims to address certain identities. We emphasize gender identity, expression and justice as an entry point to community.
