Fayard will talk about running as a Democrat and as a woman in Louisiana. She received over half a million votes in her first run for a state office. Louisiana House District 101 candidates will also be invited.
IWO is dedicated to promoting issues and candidates of the Democratic Party. They are accepting membership for anyone interested in organizing for the 2011 elections.
