We will be congregating at Abbot Square Parking Lot in Bangor, and marching through the city. We will then be convening at the Bangor Unitarian Universalist Church, for a host of inspiring women's voices from the mid and northern Maine region. We will also have music! Renaissance, an all women a cappella group will perform. West African drumming by Wendy Striar.
Paula Matlins will provide American Sign Language interpretation. Come celebrate the progress we've made and the efforts before us! And celebrate our women's march anniversary and the new year by joining together in strength! Let's celebrate all that we are as women. United, let's create the state of Maine, our country and the world, as we want ourselves and our daughters and our sons to live in.
