The Journey (Malayalam: സഞ്ചാരംSancharram) is a 2004 Malayalam feature film written, directed and produced by Ligy J. Pullappally, inspired both by her short film Uli and a true story of two lesbian lovers in the South Indian state of Kerala.The film screening will be followed by an interactive session with Jijo Kurikose, the founding member of Queerala.

Queerala is a community based organisation for Malayalo LGBTIQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer people. Started as a support group Facebook page for individuals interested in queer topics, we aim for a society free of dscrimination against gender non conforming individuals and sexual minorities.
