Join New Women Space residents Femme Mâché for a not so typical night of model drawing. Structured both around your favorite reoccurring zine workshops and your favorite local drink and draw, our evening together will subvert the notions of gaze in the classical art practices of figure drawing, and provide new materials and space for the practice including collage, text, and digital media.
All materials to draw, paint, collage, and more will be provided -- all you need to bring is yourself, and you’ll walk away with your work. As always, all work created at the event will come together in a final zine published by Femme Mâché.
Each RSVP comes with 2 Drink Tickets. Additional beverages available for purchase thereafter. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards supporting both Femme Mâché and New Women Space.
