description:
Student’s march has one simple mission, and that is to guarantee that a quality education is made a right for all students. This is a movement built by young people, because we realize that our future is in our own hands, and it is up to us to bring about the change that we seek.

With this march, we will demand that Governor Brown SIGN AB19, the state bill for one year of free community college. It currently sits on his desk awaiting his signature!

Our movement is on a mission to achieve free education for all young people, to continue and enhance student loan forgiveness programs for those who are buried in debt, to increase government funding for public education, to demand that our campuses are made safe to immigrants who have come to the US to earn their education, and to oppose Betsy Devos and her voucher bill.

The future belongs to the youth, and we are prepared to build a better world, starting with our schools.

Education is a basic right belonging to ALL people, and we will make this message heard.
