description:
Greetings Maine! Are you ready to march again? Bundle up, bring your American flags, signs and your friends and family! We are gathering at the Maine State House on Saturday, January 20 at 11 am to let those deconstructing our democracy, decimating our laws and harming the people, animals and environment of our planet, know we will continue to resist their agenda. Let's show them in a big way that we are still here and are not going anywhere!

We will begin with a rally, march from the State House around Capitol Park and end with the rest of the rally at the State House. Amazing speakers will inspire you. Native drummers will move you. And we hope the day will kickstart 2018 with momentum to bring POWER TO THE POLLS.

Parking is available at the Capitol parking lots, but also across State street and off Union in the state government parking lots. No buildings will be accessible during the march. Capitol PD has asked us to tell attendees not to climb on trees or onto the monuments and walls. Please leave the area as you found it- no littering. This is a non-violent event. Guns and weapons are strictly forbidden. Maintaining safety and peace are our primary goals for the day along with providing an inspiring day for all.

Please look for updates in the threads below.

We have a fundraising campaign to cover costs.
