description:
Nearly one year ago, the Women’s March on Washington became the largest protest in the history of our country. We will gather again on the anniversary, in solidarity, to take a stand on issues that deeply impact all of us.

The theme of this year's March is Power to the Polls: electing progressive candidates and expanding, engaging and protecting voters!

This year's keynote speaker will be Tabitha Isner, currently running for US House of Representatives in Alabama Congressional District 2

Other speakers include Alabama House Representative Barbara Drummond and Emerge Alabama Executive Director Stacie Propst as well as community organizers and activists making change happen on the ground!

Our event will also include information tables with opportunities for everyone to get involved in your community as well as in local and state campaigns.

Come celebrate the first anniversary of the Women's March and get fired up for another year of action!
