description:
On January 21, 2018, thousands of women, femmes and allies will come together in Las Vegas, Nevada, to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Women’s March and to launch the collective 2018 Women’s March agenda: #PowerToThePolls.

From the Women’s March to the Women’s Convention, we’ve seen how powerful we are when we gather together, share space and lift each other up.

Many will join the Women's March in Las Vegas, and many will make it to the Lansing event. For those who cannot make it to those events, WOMAN is hosting a sister march in solidarity right here in Midland.

Last year we had over 500 people from in and around Midland make their collective voices known, and this year, we will continue to show this administration that women are not backing down. WOMAN will continue to be a force in mid-Michigan, shaping the narrative, leading and supporting actions with those in our network, and helping elect women and people of color who are aligned to our values.

Keep an eye out for help arranging car pools for the Lansing march, a sign-making party, and the details of our sister march in Midland!
