October is ADHD Awareness Month and this year the theme around Europe is Women and Girls with ADHD. The draft NICE Guidelines recently released a report stating that Women and Girls are often missed or receive the wrong diagnosis.

At this event we will be


welcoming guest speaker Dr Ellen Littmann from New York who will talk about 'The secret Lives of Women and Girls with ADHD
Showcasing the new ADHD in Barnet drop ins for parents and future plans to support families in Barnet
Introducing a new three year project on Positive Behaviour approaches in schools. A partnership between Woodcroft School, ADDISS and a number of European partners in Portugal, Italy, Romania and Belgium
introducing guest speaker Dr Rachel Gow who will share her research on ADHD and Nutrician
introducing Kevin Roberts who will talk about the power of ADHD and how we can teach children to harness their energy for future success. 

A sandwich lunch will be provided.
