PhD en Management de la Sobey School of Business de la Universidad de Saint Mary’s, Canada. Actualmente dicta el Seminario Temas actuales de Género en las Organizaciones en la Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (UNGS), Argentina, y se desempeña como asistente de investigación en Saint Mary’s University para un proyecto sobre el estudio histórico de aerolíneas y la perspectiva de la interseccionalidad. En 2011 fue galardonada con la Beca Vanier de Doctorado otorgada por el gobierno Canadiense (SSHRC). Sus áreas de interés son los estudios críticos de management, género, cultura, América Latina, decolonialismo e interseccionaldiad.
