As those who showed up plast week already know, we had to postpone the event to the following week. Hope everyone can make it again :)

Are women predisposed to be worse in science than men?
Are women really underrepresented in all of the science fields?
How do ethnicity quotas help female scientists?
Who’s the woman whose discoveries helped put the stop to segregated schools?
What does L’Oréal have to do with all of this?

Welcome to our second Wednesday Talk of the year! This time we will look into issues related to Women in Science theme. The Women into Science and Engineering Campaign estimates that only about 13% of jobs in STEM are held by women. We will talk about why is this number so low, whether it’s universal in all countries, ways in which we can change it and how does theory relate to our lives.
Shy and quiet folks, no worries! No one has to talk unless they want to, listeners are welcome as well! We will also split into small groups to make the event as comfortable as possible 😊
