description:
An evening with Storyteller Goitsy & her guests AmoraThaPoet and Mathilda

An evening with Goitsy who is a storyteller and uses oral-tradition as a channel for her passion in activism, intersecting narratives and performance art. There are many experiences that intertwine to form the journey of the human soul. Story-telling and performance art gives a voice to unknown narratives and helps us all connect and understand each other better.

''Things I want my daughter to know” is a three-part series of poetry inspired by daughterhood, motherhood and the many shades that can form such alliances.
Narratives of the black female experience, combined with story-telling and the urge to give the next generation a better experience.

To share this exciting experience I found it befitting to invite fellow vanguards of the word: Kenyan born poet AmoraThaPoet and fellow South African wordsmith Mathilda.

We kindly ask you for a contribution of 3 € for the artists!
