It’s 3-4 h class, open to women of all ages and abilities (no cismen)
Feminist self defense is not a material arts, or how strong or fit you are, its about using the skills and abilities you have to keep safe in a broad range of situations
Non violent
But believe in our abilities and feel that we own our lives, our decisions, our bodies
And able to identify and reject sexist attitudes
We come from different cultures, ages and colors, we all suffer from violence. We are the first who want to end it
Feminist Self defense...Its not only physical techniques as they do in self defense courses. we start the Feminist Self-defense by working in our self-esteem, inner consciousness and feminism
Come... Join us... and lets build our Safe Space together

حصة من ٣-٤ ساعات، للنساء من جميع الأعمار والقدرات.
الدفاع عن النفس النسوي ليس احدى الفنون القتالية، وليس مبني حسب قوتك أو حجمك، هو قدرتك على استخدام المهارات والقدرات الموجودة لديك للحفاظ على نفسك آمنة .
ليس عنف
نحن جميعا قادرون على تحديد ورفض المواقف الجنسية.
نحن نعاني من الاعتداءات الجنسية كل يوم. كل شخص له الحق في الدفاع عن نفسه.
لذلك من حقنا الرد على أي هجوم نواجهه في الشارع في الجامعة في العمل او حتى في البيت.
نجتمع من مختلف الثقافات والأعمار والألوان، فنحن جميعا نعاني من التحرش و العنف. ونحن أول الذين يريدون إنهاءه والقدرة على مواجهته تبدأ بأنفسنا.
الدفاع عن النفس النسوي، ليس الهجمات الجسدية فقط، هو مبني على وعي عقلي وفهم وتحليل للواقع الاجتماعي لذلك نبدأ من خلال العمل على تقدير الذات، والوعي الداخلي.
فالعنف يمكن أن كون مختلف ضربة، كلمة، نكتة، تعبير، نظرة أو حتى صمت.
