description:
AMS:Connect tackles difficult issues head-on. In a public setting, we read plays that talk about war, sexuality, hatred, difficult relationships, religion, discrimination and everything taboo. After the play reading, we discuss these lovely topics with a slice of cake and a spot of tea. So bring your opinions and add a dash of sugar.

Our next Staged Reading is: The Laramie Project. The Laramie Project is a play by Moisés Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Project in the US about the reaction to the 1998 murder of University of Wyoming gay student Matthew Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming. The murder was denounced as a hate crime. It is divided into three acts, and eight actors portray more than sixty characters in a series of short scenes.

No seat reservations. Pay What You Can When You Leave.
