Her talk will cover what unconscious bias is, why it matters and what we can do in organizations to avoid the negative impact of unconscious bias. Even the most open-minded people can have several unconscious biases. Implicit beliefs – including doubts about their abilities – can lead to missing opportunities and so stop people from reaching the top.
