Hardy Girls Healthy Women (HGHW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and well being of girls and women. Our vision is that all girls and women experience equality, independence, and safety in their everyday lives. Laura Benedict has owned the Red Barn since the young age of 19, and as a female business owner has experienced many adversities and has successfully overcome them. Laura supports women as business owners and has mentored many in the Central Maine area. She is excited to be able to help support the mission of Hardy Girls Healthy Women!
