CLRJ and our partners invite you to join us for a community forum in Bakersfield. This forum will provide community members with critical information about the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as “Obama Care,” coming into effect January 2014 and what it means for the Latin@s, immigrants and our families.
We will be answering questions, such as:
• Am I and my family eligible for the ACA when it comes into effect?
• How does the ACA specifically impact Latinas/os and immigrants?
• Is my employer required to provide insurance for me and my family?
• What local resources in Bakersfield and California are available to me?
The ACA Community Forum will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Kern County

*Light dinner and refreshments will be served at 5:30PM, the program starts at 6PM
