Sessions on the day include: Panel discussion on how the cycling community can reflect and include more marginalised voices with Jools Walker (journalist and fashion blogger), Niellah Arboine (assistant fashion and lifestyle editor for GalDem magazine), and Laurie Williams (filmmaker and WAG night volunteer). Losing a friend on the road talk by Broken Spoke Coop members. Claudia Comberti was killed while riding her bike in Oxford this year aged just 31. Her friends at the Broken Spoke Bike Co-op talk about what happened, the momentous events that followed, and how we need to change things to stop people on bikes being killed. City dwelling and everyday activism workshop led by Claire Tunnacliffe. A participatory workshop exploring the ways graffiti, street art and other urban interventions can be used to queer-ify spaces and how this links with cycling and taking up space. Plus awesome vegan food and independent cyclist designer/makers selling their stuff on the day. Entry is by donation (recommende £5/ nobody turned away for lack of funds on the day). Open to all genders.
