A warm invitation to join us as we gather just like women throughout the ages has done. Gathering together to support each other and to connect to the sacred. Around the time of the New Moon, we plant the seeds of our intentions and support each other’s dreams.
Movement Medicine is a dance meditation practice which directs our awareness to our movement, thoughts and feelings, supporting us to get more in touch with who we really are.
Through the freedom of the dance we have an opportunity to nourish, replenish and connect - honouring our unique and creative expression as we welcome who we are and all that we may become. An invitation to let go into the dance, within an immersive environment held with captivating music and clear guidance.

Practical info:
Please be there promptly for a 11:30am start - there will be a short time to arrive before we begin at 11:40am.
Space is limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
If you arrive early, please check in with us and then enjoy a tea downstairs - suggested donation 50p.
Wear loose comfortable clothes for moving.
We dance barefoot.
Bring a reusable water bottle.
