Platform Coops Berlin: Peer 2 Peer Consulting

The Platform Coop meetups at SUPERMARKT Berlin are free and open to anyone who is interested in helping to build a cooperative, inclusive and fair economy.
The upcoming Platform Coop meeting is dedicated to capacity building in three domains:

Case clinic: Platform coop founders get the chance to open up about business plan struggles, governance issues and broken coop dreams. Together we’ll find solutions and create ideas on how to face the sometimes grim reality of building a cooperative in Germany.
Starting up: A growing number of founders is seeking advise on how to set up an organization based on cooperative principles. Where can they find resources and concrete help?
Platform Coops Advocacy: Cooperative entrepreneurs start reaching out to local policy makers and potential partners from the cooperative banking sector, media and academia. How is the network currently expanding? What are the chances to gain more visibility?

The meeting will be organized as follows:
18:00-18:30 Intros and lightning talks
18:30-20:00 Peer review sessions (participants work in small groups)
20:00-21:00 Results and networking
