Description
Join monastic Dharma teachers, students of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, for the last leg of the Path of Happiness hiking retreat (https://pathofhappiness.org) as we walk along the Potomac to the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Pool for a flashmob sitting meditation. With mindful steps, we heal division and hatred here and now. Look here for a map of the walk we are planning, starting at 3pm at Lockhouse 6 on the Chesapeake & Ohio Towpath to Constitution Gardens.
