Rolf Prigge beschäftigt sich in seinem Vortrag mit der Frage, welche Möglichkeiten der Einflussnahme auf die Digitalisierung heute noch bestehen. Kommt nun die smarte neue Welt mit digitaler Technik für alle oder droht ein neuer „Technologiepolitischer Totalitarismus“, in der die Digitalisierung immer mehr Lebens- und Arbeitsbereiche der Menschen erfasst und Internetkonzerne sich die Kontrolle über ganze Branchen sichern, während Spähprogramme die Grundrechte der BürgerInnen in Frage stellen? Rolf Prigge war bis vor 2 Jahren als Sozialwissenschaftler und Forschungsleiter im Institut Arbeit und Wirtschaft der Uni Bremen tätig.
