Shiatsu bringt neben wohliger Entspannung die Lebensenergie in Balance. Es vereint traditionelle Akupressur mit modernen Massageelementen und Dehnungen. Die Shiatsu-Praktikerin Karin Moucha stellt einzelne Techniken des Zen-Shiatsu vor, inklusive praktischer Übungen zum selber ausprobieren.
Ursprünglich aus der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin stammend, wurde Shiatsu Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts in Japan weiterentwickelt. Dabei wird der Mensch als ein ganzheitliches, energetisches Wesen betrachtet. Shiatsu ist eine wunderbare Begleitung in allen Lebenssituationen. Es wird in einer achtsamen Atmosphäre, in bequemer Bekleidung und in der Regel auf einer Matte am Boden, durchgeführt.
