BHAM Women's Strike: Dinner, Discussion & Dancing!

Birmingham Women's Strike Assembly invites you to an evening of sharing food, discussion and dancing!

After a day's strike from our gendered labour we want to come together to share food and ideas, as well as have some fun and see some great performances from the local music, DJ and poetry scene in Birmingham.

After building towards this recognition of women's labour - both waged and unwaged - in the UK and internationally we want to invite people to discuss where next? We plan to invite speakers from a variety of campaigns to speak on this topic as well as make some announcements for how you can stay involved with feminist organising in your area.

There will be a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. We will be asking for a small suggested donation to help pay our performers and for the lovely space!
