Presentatie van het peer reviewed tijdschrift Yearbook of Women’s History (Jaarboek voor Vrouwengeschiedenis) over de betekenis van het archiveren van de vrouwenbeweging toen, nu en in de toekomst. Atria is gastredacteur van deze 37e editie met het thema ‘Gender and Archiving’.

Tijdens de presentatie van dit themanummer van het gerenommeerde peer reviewed tijdschrift Yearbook of Women’s History zal dr. Eveline Buchheim (onderzoeker NIOD en redacteur van het Jaarboek voor Vrouwengeschiedenis) namens de redactie van het Jaarboek een korte inleiding geven. Tashina Blom (initiatiefnemer Maagdenhuis archives 2015) geeft een presentatie over gender uitsluiting tijdens (het archiveren van) de Maagdenhuis protesten in 2015. Het eerste exemplaar zal in ontvangst worden genomen door hoogleraar Politieke geschiedenis van gender prof. dr. Geertje Mak.

De lancering vindt plaats in de bibliotheek van Atria, aan de Vijzelstraat 20.

Presentation of the peer reviewed academic journal Yearbook of Women’s History: Gender and Archiving on the meaning of archiving for the women’s movement then, now and in the future. Atria is guest editor of this 37th volume on ‘Gender and Archiving’.

During the presentation of Yearbook of Women’s History: Gender and Archiving dr. Eveline Buchheim (researcher at NIOD, the Dutch Institute for War Documentationen, and editor of the Yearbook) will give a short introduction on behalf of the editors of the Yearbook of Women's History. Tashina Blom (initiator of the Maagdenhuis archives 2015) will give a presentation on gendered exclusionary practices during the Maagdenhuis protests in 2015. The first copy of the book will be presented to prof. dr. Geertje Mak.

The presentation will take place in Atria's Library, Vijzelstraat 20.

Doors are open at 15.30
