根據一份問卷調查，許多男性覺得過年太閒發紅包有壓力，女性則覺得忙著年菜應付親戚令人頭痛。女性是否要遵守「回」娘家的傳統風俗呢？農曆春節的傳統與習俗是否需要改變呢？

這個月的「WoMenTalk：我們談談」特別邀請到夏凱納生活診所心理師、女人迷專欄作家艾彼，和我們聊聊如何在過年期間保持心理健康，照顧好我們的心情；也歡迎大家來現場分享你的過年經驗，討論對傳統性別角色和分工的看法，帶著滿滿的精神食糧過個好年。

It’s almost Lunar New Year! How are you feeling about getting ready for the holiday period? According to a survey, men find preparing red envelopes stressful, and women find the workload of cooking and doing chores a pain in back! Should women abide by the traditional customs of Lunar New Year, such as "returning" to her husband or father’s family? Should Lunar New Year traditions be adjusted to fit modern perspectives?

Join us to share your thoughts about gender roles pertaining to Lunar New Year. Our special guest, family therapist Abbie Wang, will also give advice on how to maintain good mental health during Lunar New Year.
