Description
On the weekend of the one year anniversary of the Women's March on Washington, the women of Nantucket will gather again to reinvigorate our resistance to systems that oppress us. In keeping with the rich history of Nantucket women leaders and change makers such as Maria Mitchell, Lucretia Coffin Mott, Anna Gardner, Zilpha Elaw and Mary Coffin Starbuck we commit to supporting each other both locally and nationally. Please join us on January 20, 2018 between 1:00 and 3:00 on the steps of the Methodist Church, 2 Centre St. Nantucket to remember #whywemarch.
