Feminist Library Winter Fayre and Book Sale

12pm - 4pm (be there at 1pm for feminist gingerbread making!)

Come and join us for a glass of something mulled and a rifle through our second hand book collection where you can pick up some treasures to gift or keep to yourself!

We will have a large selection of feminist classics for sale, hand-picked especially from our collection. Pick up some Audre Lorde, Simone de Beauvoir, Judith Butler, Kate Millett or many more! There will also be live readings of our favourite passages from these books, come and take part with something from your favourite author!

We will also have stalls with zines, Feminist Library tote bags and T-shirts, and crafts on sale as well as festive drinks and edibles, zine making and a feminist gingerbread workshop (yay!). If you’re very lucky we might even crack out the karaoke! If you have any books you would like to donate for the book fayre please let us know. We will also be holding a Prize draw for one lucky Friend to win a copy of Mary Beard's new book. Don't miss this fun sociable event with your feminist family as we say goodbye to 2017!

- Mulled wine/cider/apple juice
- Home made mince pie and soup
