Description
The goal of this class is to to relax and let go!
The class is a mix from Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga positions. The class will be taught in English, but German-feedback and vocabulary will also be used. The class will be approximately 60 minutes with a 15-minute mediation at the end.
Please dress in layers and bring your own Yoga mat.
This is a beginner level Yoga class but Asanas can be modified for individuals who want a challenge.
