Join Two Spirit Shamxn & Reiki Master Teacher Mikaela Xochitl of Ihiyotl Mysticism for a group aura & chakra cleansing meditation & Reiki healing session.

Thanksgiving is triggering. Whether you're feeling the effects of intergenational trauma from colonization & genocide to coping with unhealthy family dynamics, many folx are experiencing heightened anxiety, depression & stress. This group meditation session offers guided healing to help you release these tensions & unwanted energies from your physical & spiritual bodies.

Wear comfortable clothes & bring a note book & pen in case you want to journal after meditation.
