Hysterical #5 - ClitArt Festival

At Reel Rebels Music Studios, London, United Kingdom
On 7th October 2017 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Description

Hysterical is BACK and this time we are joining in the fun at the ClitArt Festival. This gig will be broadcast live on Reel Rebels Radio in their recording studio. As such, this is a very exclusive event and there are only 30 tickets available.

Headlining is Amy Annette, co-editor and contributor of the book 'I Call Myself A Feminist'. She is a comedian who's just back from her Edinburgh Fringe Festival Show "What Women Want" which has featured Josie Long, Nish Kumar, Lolly Adefope, James Acaster, Suzi Ruffell, Phil Wang, Rose Matafeo, Kiri Pritchard Maclean and Stuart Goldsmith.

Support:

**Harriet Braine**
Harriet Braine is a musical comedian, who dedicates a remarkably large portion of her oeuvre to Art History. The most recent winner of the Funny Women Stage Award, this "gifted musical chameleon" will leave you blown away with her uncanny trumpet impression.

**Sadie Harrison**
Sadie is a historian of science who has delved deep into clitoral history and is ready to share with us her hilarious, scary and clit-tickling findings. If you thought the first Colombus was bad, wait til you hear about the second one.

**Glory Pearl**
Glory is the Naked Stand Up. And we mean that literally. She takes the audience on a funny and heart-felt exploration of the body in the twenty-first century. Prepare to have your socks blown off. After all, she doesn't have any.

**Cerys Bradley**
Cerys is a comedian and podcaster, offering insight and comedy to this confusing and heteronomative world. She has just come back from Green Man Festival this year where she performed her new solo show "The Invention of Lesbianism".

Please note, this show will feature full-frontal nudity.

**Timings**
Doors open 7pm
Gig starts 7.30pm
Gig finishes around 8.45pm

**Location**
Reel Rebels Music Studios
7A Bouverie Mews, N16 0AE London, United Kingdom

**About ClitArt Festival**
Reel Rebels Radio is hosting the first ever ClitArt Festival in London, 6th - 8th October 2017, celebrating the re-emergence and recent discoveries of the clitoris with art, music, film and workshops. We aim to influence the UK biology curriculum, NHS and other providers of sexual healthcare so that everyone understands how the body works.
