Facilitation and Debriefing Skillshares

This skillshare is open to all women (trans, intersex and cis) and all nonbinary, agender and gender variant people. Self-definition is at the sole discretion of that individual. We do not police gender in our spaces. If you are here it is because you feel that you are included by our gender inclusion policy, and therefore you are welcome. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible (entrance, rooms and toilets) and there will be a quiet space and plenty of breaks factored in. The nearest tube station is Old Street, nearest accessible station is Kings Cross St Pancras, which is one bus away from the venue (205 or 214 from Stop E)

**LEARN HOW TO FACILITATE SISTERS UNCUT MEETINGS AND DEBRIEF GROUPS AFTER POLITICAL ACTIONS**

This event will consist of two separate sessions, run at the same time - therefore you will only be able to do one session.

The Facilitation Skillshare is for people to learn the principles of meeting facilitation and reaching decisions by consensus, tools to help meetings go smoothly and planning techniques. Perfect for new Sisters, and those who've never had training before.

The Debrief Skillshare is for more experienced facilitators to explore how to facilitate a debrief session after a political action using a four-point framework that looks at experience, reflection, analysis and future work.
