IndepenDANCE: A Pro-Choice Prom

From 7th July 2017 8 p.m. to 8th July 2017 2 a.m.

Description

Dust off your old prom dress, grab a date, bust out your best red-white-and-blue gear and prepare to spend the night singing to live music, dancing, [drinking] and falling in love under the stars (and stripes).

Get ready to lose your inhibitions with emcee Chelsea Shorte, live jams from The Perfectionists, spinning from DJ Tezrah, with a special appearance by Mike Hot-Pence.

As with all Lady Parts Justice DC events, there will also be activity booths, prizes, and a raffle so you can learn a thing or two about fighting the patriarchy, all while benefiting the DC Abortion Fund (DCAF).
