Women of Color in the Jewish Community: Beyond the Hyphen

At 123 E 55th St, New York, NY 10022-3502, United States
On 7th June 2017 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Description

The Jewish Women's Foundation of New York is committed to amplifying the voices of our diverse Jewish community. In the greater New York area alone, there are 66,000 women of color in the Jewish community. We'd like to introduce you to four of them: Yavilah McCoy, Shoshana Brown, Tamara Fish, and Natasha Nelson. Come hear their stories about being both insiders and outsiders.

This event is free, but an RSVP is required to Natasha@JewishWomenNY.org.

Generously sponsored by the Cornell/Weinstein Family Foundation.
