3/31國際跨性別節（Transgender Day of Visibility），是讓大家表達支持跨性別的一天。為了建立更健康、平權的環境，讓我們在3/31的長週末裡慶祝台灣跨性別者，以及全世界持續在與性別歧視者抗戰的人們！

長假回老家，或各奔東西了嗎？
別擔心沒機會參加跨性別節！不管你在哪裏，都可以參與喔～ 穿著白色，換Transgender Support頭像，或分享跨性別故事，一起慶祝國際跨性別節！

【參與方式】
時間：3/31－4/4
地點：不限

1. 穿著白色，拍照表達對跨性別的支持。打卡標記地點，讓我們看見來自不同角落的聲音 （ex. 台北，台中，宜蘭，高雄...）

2. 在 https://www.facebook.com/profilepicframes 搜索Transgender Support 。換上粉、藍、白，代表跨性別顏色的臉書頭像。

3. 分享有關跨性別的故事、文章、與信息。
不論是分享你的性別轉換歷程，身為跨性別/其他多元性別認同者的故事，又或是你就只是想支持社會上，仍時常受到歧視和壓迫的跨性別、其他多元性別認同、無性別的朋友，都歡迎你！

▲跨性別小知識：
▂▂▂▂▂▂ 『 什麼是跨性別？ 』
跨性別，是指那些心理性別認同和天生生理性別不相符的人。簡單的解釋，就是認為自己的心理性別(gender)，與出生時基於生殖器官(sex: male/female)而被決定的生理或原生性別並不一致的人。

除了男跨女(trans women)、女跨男(trans men)，很多人也許不知道跨性別認同也可以包含心理性別無法被二元性別系統所定義的人。這些不被男性或女性定義的人，包括性別不明（gender non-binary/non-conforming ), 性別酷兒（gender queer), 性別流動 (gender fluid)甚至無性別/性中立者(agender)...等。

而需要注意的是，「並非」所有跨性別者/性別不明者都有進行變性手術/性別置換手術(gender reassignment/realignment surgery)或賀爾蒙置換療程(hormone replacement therapy)，想進行的人不一定都有經濟能力/家庭支持已接受手術，而也「非」所有跨性別者/性別不明者都想進行性別置換手術/賀爾蒙療程，這並不影響他們的性別認同。

▂▂▂▂▂▂ 『台灣有跨性別嗎？』
當然有！但很難統計台灣具體有多少跨性別。許多跨性別，害怕受到社會、家人的波擊，不敢出櫃。

跨性別非常經常在工作上、公共場所、居住場所，受到歧視。跨性別者遭受到暴力的比例比一般人多28%。

Transgender Day of Visibility, March 31st, is a day to show your support for the trans community. It aims to bring attention to the accomplishments of trans people around the globe while fighting cissexism and transphobia by spreading knowledge of the trans community.

Different from Transgender Day of Remembrance, this is not a day for mourning: this is a day of empowerment and getting the recognition we deserve!

From 3/31- 4/4, we invite you to show support for the transgender community, by doing one of the followings:

1. Share your photo wearing white in solidarity with transgenders, with #TransisBeautifulTW.

2. Change your Facebook profile picture to "Transgender Support" on https://www.facebook.com/profilepicframes

3. Share stories that celebrate and empower trangenders.
