Die Kunsthalle Bremen präsentiert eine exklusive Preview der neuen TV Dokumentation "Rodin: Wegbereiter der Moderne" (ARTE France 2017, 52 Min.)

Eintritt frei - NUR NOCH RESTKARTEN AN DER ABENDKASSE VERFÜGBAR

Der Abend umfasst neben dem Film-Screening auch einen Rundgang durch die Rodin-Ausstellung (7. März bis 11. Juni 2017) mit thematischer Einführung durch die Kuratorin. http://www.kunsthalle-bremen.de/ausstellungen/vorschau/

Der Film von Claire Duguet zeigt Leben und Werk des Künstlers im Kontext der gesellschaftspolitischen Zusammenhänge seiner Zeit und verbindet dabei Archivmaterial mit Auszügen aus Schriften und Briefen von Wegbegleitern wie Rainer Maria Rilke, Aristide Maillol und Émile Zola: Ein neuer Blick auf das Genie Rodin, der bis heute als revolutionärer Wegbereiter der Moderne gilt.
