NFotW presents 'Re-imagining Anger' at WoW festival

The No Fly on the WALL Academy is pleased to announce its partnership with Women of the World Festival 2017!

No Fly on the WALL will be delivering a workshop at WoW Festival focusing on 're-imagining anger' and its infinite possibilities for transformaton and change. We'll be discussing the Angry Black Woman trope and its negative effects on those subjected to it as well as the connotations of anger in today's tumultuous political and social climate. What does anger mean for activism and at the end of the day, how we do we look after ourselves and protect our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing post-anger?

This workshop is open to ALL but spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

The workshop will take place at 4pm on Saturday 11th March and is part of the WoW Saturday and WoW Three-day passes.
