Description
Decarcerate Tompkins County is organized to shrink mass incarceration in Tompkins County by stopping any proposed jail expansion and calling for community-based alternatives to incarceration. This march is in honor of the mothers, daughters and sisters impacted by the criminal "injustice" system.
We will gather at the Wegmans parking lot and march peacefully down Route 13 towards our gathering at The Space. Join us for a diverse array of speakers including keynote speaker Taylar Nuevelle of #WhoSpeaksForMe
