On February the 23rd South East London Sisters Uncut will be having a meeting with a selection of Southwark Councilllors to discuss our demands and follow up the actions and conversations that were had in our inital meeting with Southwark Council in November 2016.
We would love for you to join us outside the meeting room, to show solidarity and support for our sisters inside fighting for survivors in Southwark.
We will have urns for hot drinks (as we'll be outside!) - you'll get the chance to speak with Sisters, ask questions about our demands and find out more information about how to get involved in other actions in the future.
See you on the streets, Sisters! <3
----------
Sisters Uncut are a direct action group founded in 2014. We fight the devastating impact of government cuts to domestic violence serivces that have forced over 32 life saving services to close and as more services close more people die.
Sisters Uncut meetings and actions are open to all women (trans, intersex and cis) and all nonbinary, agender and gender variant people. Our meetings/actions and spaces are not open to people who identify solely or primarily as men. Any questions about our gender inclusion policy, please ask.
