Kate is a certified holistic nutritionist (CNP), certified yoga teacher, and mental wellness coach. Holding a BA in Health Promotion and receiving certification as a nutritionist through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Canada, health and healing has long been a part of Kate's education, career and personal passion.
