1910 wurde Emil Nolde aus der Berliner Secession ausgeschlossen. Präsident der Sezession war Max Liebermann… Wieso waren sich die beiden Künstler nicht einig? Und worin äußerten sich die gegensätzlichen künstlerischen Ansätze?
Aufschlüsse bietet ein Gespräch zwischen Dr. Dorothee Hansen (Stellvertretende Direktorin Kunsthalle Bremen) und Dr. Frank Schmidt (Direktor Museen Böttcherstraße).
