The How of Happiness takes a pragmatic view of how we can create more happiness in our lives. Participants will learn how to let go of negative programming to create new neural pathways in the brain. They will be shown that by incorporating the 7 top correlates to sustained happiness they can be happy no matter what happens on their life's journey
Nancy Wong is a seasoned counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people work through their feelings. (She is also co-founder Melissa's mom!) Now retired, Nancy spends her time volunteering, acting, and teaching a variety of wellness classes at Optimum Health Institute in the San Diego area. She has received accolades through Toastmasters and is has been teaching fitness classes since before Melissa was born.
