Im Rahmen der 10. Berliner Aktionswoche der seelischen Gesundheit
Von Stalking Betroffene beschreiben oftmals psychische und körperliche Belastungen, die durch die Nachstellung verursacht oder verschlimmert werden. In der Veranstaltung sollen mögliche Folgen von Stalking für die Gesundheit der Betroffenen benannt werden.
Anschließend werden Informationen gegeben, wie ein Umgang mit den gesundheitlichen Auswirkungen auf Körper und Seele aussehen kann. Und es werden Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, wie Schritt für Schritt die eigene Stabilität und ein Wohlbefinden wiederhergestellt werden können.
Durch den Abend führt Beate M. Köhler, Beraterin und Projektkoordinatorin des Anti-Stalking-Projektes.
